Return and Refund Policy


In order to get a replacement or to process a refund you you need to provide photo evidence of a damaged or faulty item. Please contact us via email - getintouch@layerstreats.com and we can get that resolved for you.

We are only able to accept returns on items that are damaged and we have been notified of the damage with photographic evidence within 14 days. You will then need to return the item to us within 14 days.
Unfortunately we can't accept returns if you have changed your mind.
